In the Petite Section

Oversize cardigans have been a thing of mine since early fall. They're very comfortable and cozy during those not-so-hot times of the day. Also, it's another versatile piece in my closet that can be worn with different kinds of outfits. That wasn't the focal point of this post though. Let us now turn our eyes to this floral jumpsuit. Or is it called a romper? Because it's short. Anyway..

I never thought I'd purchase a piece of clothing within the petite section at Topshop. I just thought they're more suitable for ladies shorter than me. Not that I'm tall or anything. But I'd like to think that I am only considered as a petite woman due to my build. I took a chance and went to the fitting room. What drew my eyes to it was the print. I have a weakness for florals. And the fact that it was a one piece. It fits just about right. A little short on the top part but I can stilll make it work. SOLD!

PHOTO DIARY | Cirque du Soleil - Kurios

Here's a little bit of a #ThrowbackThursday ;) last summer I treated myself and my sister to go see a theatrical show. When I first heard about Cirque Du Soleil, I was automatically hooked. I wanted to attend a show so badly. A couple of years passed.. I decided to buy two tickets as a birthday present to myself. It was a bit expensive since I wanted to sit at the front row (we ended up sitting on the second row which wasn't too bad as well) but IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE MONEY. The experience was amazing.

Easy Restaurant

If you follow me on Instagram (@tiffanyc_), you'll know how much I love my brunches. I'm the type of person who'd rather head out early in the day if I arrange plans. So on my days off, I try to ask some of my friends if they're free for brunch since I don't really wake up until 9 or 10 am. Also, you get two meals in one! Isn't it great? It's the perfect time to eat when you're hungry for breakfast and become full for lunch. As per usual, I invite my partner in crime when it comes to food. My best friend. Like I've mentioned before (click here), she's the first person I think of. Toronto is such a diverse city with different neighbourhoods. Instead of going for brunch at a chain restaurant, I find it exciting to explore its local spots.

Back to School as a Marketing Student

There's going to be a lot happening this 2015. For me, at least. One major thing is I decided to stay in school and started this month. I was previously taking Fashion Management and now I registered for a three-year Marketing program. Last week was the first week of school and I have a feeling it will be an exciting semester. My schedule is amazing because I got approved to be exempted to a couple of classes and my professors are great so far.

New Year's Eve 2014

GOODBYE 2014, HELLO 2015
I know I probably say this all the time but the year went by so quickly! My schedule has been really hectic and I never had the time to do anything else. On my days off, I usually stay at home.

This New Year's Eve I had my mind set up that I will be avoiding the downtown area at any cost. I figured it's going to be super crazy with all the parties going on plus the fireworks. So my sister and I decided to spend it at a family friend's house. Which was actually a good idea. I enjoyed the quietness of the suburbs. I opted for this printed bodycon dress that I bought the day before. It kind of pulled this outfit at the last minute due to the fact that it goes very well with the cobalt blue jacket.
